Our original idea was a shop specialising in whiskies, and we travelled to London to do our research; hence the name Alambique &amp; Barril (the still and the barrel, the two essential tools for making whisky). On our return we soon realised there was no such market here, and we quickly turned to the world of wine, which we are now in love with. That is how we turned our passion into our profession.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"margin-top:40px\">Wine by wine<\/h3>\n<p>We choose every wine personally and work directly with the wineries.
