A magnificent wine from vines more than seventy years old. Delicate, fine and expressive, with a depth that gives the lie to the clichés about Airén. A statement that defines the philosophy of Casa de la Nava, making the case that great wines can be made from the Airén grape too.

Tasting note
Winemaking
Hand harvesting and grape selection in the winery. A long alcoholic fermentation in 500-litre French oak barrels with a small proportion of skins. The lees are stirred for three and a half months, after which the wine is moved to clay tinajas and rests for forty-five days.
House recommendation
Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC in a wide glass.
