AppearanceCherry red in colour with bluish rims, clean and bright.
NoseIntense aromas of red fruit (strawberries and raspberries) with spiced hints over a lactic base.
PalateOn the palate the attack is powerful, but it is long and agreeable across the palate, with a sweet, soft tannin.
PairingIt pairs perfectly with small game, hearty one-pot dishes, rice with meat and traditional Manchegan recipes.
Winemaking
Careful, traditional winemaking with four months' ageing in French oak barrels, giving a fantastic young wine as the result.
