This policy explains how Alambique & Barril processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

What data do we process, and why?

• Orders and deliveries: name, address, telephone, email and payment details, to manage your purchase, delivery or collection, and invoicing.
• Tasting bookings: name, email and telephone, to manage your booking and notify you of changes.
• Enquiries: the details you provide by email, telephone or WhatsApp, so we can assist you.
• Marketing communications: only with your consent, to send you news.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the purchase or booking contract, on compliance with legal obligations (for example, tax obligations) and, for marketing communications, on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as the relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax and commercial ones). Data for marketing communications is kept until you withdraw your consent.

Recipients

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the providers needed to deliver the service, who act as data processors: the web hosting company (IONOS), the payment provider (bank gateway), the delivery company (Correos) and the site's technical services. Also where a legal obligation exists.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to alambiqueybarril@gmail.com, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
