Tasting note
AppearanceTo the eye it shows an intense cherry colour with bluish rims, clean and bright.
NoseOn the nose it unfolds aromas of red fruit and forest fruits with floral notes and touches of lactic character and vanilla.
PalateOn the palate it is very soft and elegant, with fine, perfectly integrated tannins.
PairingPerfect to enjoy with red meats, feathered game (duck, pigeon, pheasant), a range of cheeses, casseroles and stews, and even with oily fish such as salmon, tuna or sardine.
Winemaking
Part of the wine is made with whole, undestemmed bunches. It is finally aged for nine months in French oak barrels.
House recommendation
We recommend serving between 14ºC and 16ºC in a wide glass.
