Tasting note
Winemaking
Grape selection both in the vineyard and in the winery. Pre-fermentation maceration and a long alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic is carried out without adding bacteria. And finally, unfined and unfiltered, the wine goes into French oak barrels where it ages for approximately fifteen months.
House recommendation
We recommend decanting and serving in a wide glass between 16ºC and 18ºC.
