Tierra de Mármol

This is the only rosé in the Bodegas Tierra portfolio. It is without doubt a distinctive wine, into which they put all their research and development, and it is worth trying for its singularity alone.

Winemaking

The grapes for this distinctive rosé come from a plot just metres from the Tierra Fidel Blanco plot. They select the bunches in the plot and then, in the winery, give them a light pressing and move them straight to a used 500-litre French oak barrel where fermentation takes place. Finally it goes into a marble tank where it rests for twelve months on its own lees.

House recommendation

We recommend serving it at 11ºC.
