AppearancePale yellow.
NoseAromas of white and stone fruit (apricot, peach) and citrus touches; smoky notes over a buttery base.
PalateOn the palate it is savoury, fresh, balanced and thoroughly enjoyable. With sensations of apricot, vineyard peach and menthol.
PairingIt pairs with fish, seafood, pasta, rice dishes, aperitifs and light suppers.
Winemaking
After an exhaustive selection, the grapes are destemmed and macerated at low temperature. The subsequent fermentation takes place in 2,500-litre foudres and in 225-litre French oak barrels. The ageing is finally carried out in those same barrels for around six months, with bâtonnage in the first month.
House recommendation
We recommend serving it between 9ºC and 12ºC in a wide glass.
